I've been doing HASfit and BeFit in 90. They are both free on YouTube. Instead of 90 days or 12 weeks, I made Befit in 90 a six week program.

30 Day Shred
Free on Youtube!0 -
I would recommend P90X. I did it for 2 months and saw very noticeable results as far as toning goes! I did Insanity for cardio weight loss.
Also, I just started doing Zumba. I found some videos on youtube, Keira LaShae has videos she does out of her living room (fitnessherotv) and they are actually pretty fun.0 -
I do the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels, I bought the DVD but fairly sure it's online too.
I do Cassey Ho's Pop Pilates which is AWESOME because she has so many different work outs and you can mix them up if you wanna focus on certain areas, but there are full body work outs too, and if you're new to pilates, she has a beginners work out. She's on youtube.0 -
There's a lot of workouts you can get on www.fitnessblender.com and then there's Jillian Michaels workouts, some you can get on youtube like 30 day shred.0

Any workout that you do regularly will be effective as long as you continue to push yourself!
I love Jillian Michaels DVDs. I have 8 of them on rotation! Most of them are 30-45 minutes long and come with multiple levels so you can progress as you get stronger and more fit. My favorites are "Hard Body" (it's her newest) and "6 Week 6 Pack". "30 Day Shred" is a great one to start with if you're just starting exercising regularly and it's free on youtube. This girl all the way, she's fun and you will keep doing it which is what is most important!0 -
30 Day Shred, Insanity, Zumba, Shaun T's Rockin' Body...0

I have done many home workouts. What would help most for what you describe would be Brazil Butt Lift! I have always gotten the best results with that workout.0

oh, also, this is kind of old school but the Tae Bo workout with Billy Blanks is something that I tried years ago and I loved the results!0

Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred!
It's only 25-30 mins but it is a great workout in that time frame!0 -
30 Day Shred, definitely!
Also, BodyRock, if you can find their videos when they were structured and simple to follow.0 -
Bump! Love hearing more I can do at home... and free is always good0

If you have a smartphone, download Nike Training Club. SOOOO GOOD and effective. They have excercises to Lose Weight, Tone Up and Strengthen, Beg, Intermediate and Advanced, then Target area workouts for butt, legs, arms, back, shoulders, abs.
OH, did I mention the app is FREE!?!? Jump on that! lol0 -
Try looking up Blogilates on YouTube. Cassey Ho, the instructor is adorable, and she has over 100 videos targeting specific areas and they're all free, and you don't need any equipment, though you might find a yoga mat helpful0
-
Basic strength training will do. Don't need any special workout or anything. Just start doing pushups, pullups (modify if you have to), lunges, squats (add a jump if you have to) and planks and such.0

I really like the circuits/workouts that they show on leanitup.com.0

I just discovered Fitness Blender, and their workouts are amazing!!! Finding the perfect video can be taunting however.
I actually spent the other day going through all relative videos that I was interested in, and pinned them to specific boards that I have set up on Pinterest. So if I want to do a HIIT video one day, I'll go to my cardio board and pick one. If I want to do just upper body one day, I'll go to my Arms Board. It works like a charm and my body is definitely changing!!
Also, I second all of the Jillian Michael's recommendations. Just be careful with her leg work, she isn't the best about promoting proper form.0 -
I checked out the bloglates videos that I've seen several people suggest. They do look tough, but is it just me, or is her over-chipper voice/attitude a little annoying??! I just don't think I could listen to that for a full session.0
