Yay you!
My proud moment is that after 5 days of using MyFitnessCoach on the wii I no longer feel like she is trying to kill me. I actually almost enjoyed today's workout. Although the fact that I told her so probably means I am in for a killer workout tomorrow!0 -
Had a real long work day, and so had a protein bar to help tie me over. By the time I finally got home late, I was tired and hungry...not a good combination for me when I only had a little over 300 calories left for the day. But instead of snacking, I rolled up my sleeves and made a GREAT little shrimp and veggie dish that kept me 20 calories under for the day. Who is this healthy, disciplined person living in my body!!0

I remembered underwear today. Big accomplishment. For me, anyway...so what I didn't remember until half way to work. At least I remembered at all.0

I actually ran a full 8 miles and have never done that! Training for a half marathon and swore there was no way I could ever run past 6!0

Someone told me how I'd inspired them0

I have finally gotten to a point where I am only using 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of creamer in my coffee, and enjoying it that way! I've cut so many calories off of my breakfast and I'm so proud!
(just fyi - I was doing 3 tbsp of each at one point!)0 -
Good for you!!
I've been slacking this past week...I decided today to get back at it hard! I feel proud :-)0 -
Another 2 lbs lost as of today !!!0

When my dad gave me coffee to wake me up, the first thing I thought of was "how many tbsp of creamer are in this?"
Neither of us measured, so I just assumed it was a half cup (I like it light okay) and drank half the coffee to save myself the calories.0 -
I got out of bed. Hooray! On a day like today, that is an accomplishment.0

First, I'm very proud of everyone especially the OP for starting this, because we all need to remind ourselves of all the good things we've accomplished, we are much too hard on ourselves and sometimes focus on the negative too much. Way to keep the positive vibe going!
I'm proud of me because yesterday I went straight to the gym after work, instead of going home. I had been going to the gym later in the evening, after dinner has had a chance to settle, which is usually 8 p.m., and end up missing evening time with my family. This way I'm there all evening, and I can still look after myself while I look after my family and home.0 -
Today I've lost a total of 6.3kg - about one stone I did this in 7 weeks and 2 days. It's not just the weightloss, I feel amazing, healthy fit and sexy. Still 4.2 kg to go till I am not considered overweight anymore, but now I know I can do this.0

I was proud when I was getting dressed to go out and everything I tried on was too big. So I went to my box of clothes from when I was smaller that I was preparing to give away and I could fit the clothes in there again. YAHHHHHHHHHH, new wardrobe for me.0
-
I started this 45 days ago and I hit 26lbs loss today! The down side is the only clothes that are getting too big so far are my bras0
-
I didn't hit the snooze button this morning, got up early and got my workout out of the way before the kids got up!0
-
This is more like last night, but my bf and I went to applebees. I didn't even workout and I still managed to stay within my daily restrictions! :-) I had water and the chicken dijon while my bf killed bbq wings, slidders, and steak wraps! lol Yay for me!0

My proud moment is that for the FIRST TIME ever, I actually got out of bed when my alarm went off for my early morning workout, instead of turning it off and going back to bed and trying to squeeze the workout in later. 45 minutes of cardio with strength training before my morning coffee! I am so not a morning person, so this is HUGE!0

I needed to take my puppy to the vet... I usually drive him but instead I walked him there without even thinking about it I was proud. It's the little things that add up eventually0
