I think I'm figuring out the bands and ways to make them tougher! I did Sculpt 30 today and I feel like I got a great workout! tomorrow is core and last week that one was a killer!

Yes you should still log it under the exercise tab so that it will add the calories in for you for that day! Good luck! :happy:

Sometimes I really hate being a girl :ohwell: I got through core this morning but it wasn't fun, on the bright side, only 4 workout left! I will be starting Turbo fire next! I'm really excited! I am slightly concerned about learning the moves, I think I'm going to start out with the prep schedule at least for a few weeks!…

I do P90X and I love it! You do have to buy weights and a pull up bar or bands I have never done insanity so I don't know about that one! Good luck!

Today was back and biceps! I was so tired at the end my legs felt wobbly! Only 9 more workout to go!

I didn't take a rest day because I'm behind in the program and I feel good and want to get it finished! Today I did Chest, shoulders and triceps and ab ripper x!

Today was kenpo, it's the last day of week 11! Almost there!

I did my last shoulder and arms workout today! It was AWESOME! I was really happy with my numbers compared to week 1! I have little biceps starting to show! This is HUGE for me because I have always had really wimpy arms!

Sorry for not posting for a few days again.... I have finished week 10 and started week 11 with chest and back and ab ripper x. I'm about ready to be finished with the program. These last few weeks are tough!
