i recently came across this yummo snack to cure some of my cravings..... chocolate rice cake mini's with jif peanut butter :smile: 250 calories if you have 7 rice cakes with 2T of peanut butter. Tastes like a reese's pnut butter cup :love:

no need to panic! everything in moderation. sometimes i will get a to-go box right away, and put half in. it's funny now that I only eat 1/2 when I go out, that I am actually full :smile: and don't need to eat the whole dang thing like I use to!! Good Luck :flowerforyou:

I am also a weekend warrior :smile: and my weight has not budged in some time. I only drink one night, but that one night is over-indulgence at its best. Then the next day is crap and crap food. I did not drink at all this past weekend, and will weigh in on Thursday, we will see!!

By the time I was 25 and my EX husband was 26, we had 3 boys. Now I am 43 and my youngest is 18......Very bittersweet to me, they are all grown up and I am still pretty young and hip :wink: BUT, I truly think early to mid-30's would be the best time to have kids..........you had time to grow, and you will still be pretty…

mine is simple (i have no real measurements, just kind of to taste): chopped tomatos chopped vidalia onion minced garlic chopped fresh cilantro Fresh lime juice salt If i want heat, add a jalepeno pepper (with seeds and membrane) i really enjoy it...simple and tasty!!

ditto!! We may not 'look' over-weight.......but (at least for me) I have a high percentage of body fat....not even sure what it is, but it's UP there :sad: It's about what makes us happy......on the inside and out!!
