So I'm not sure if I am building my recipes wrong....as I THINK I eat pretty good, but seem to not really be loosing :( I weigh the empty container......then weigh it again AFTER being cooked.....Minus the empty from the full, this is my servings When I build the recipe, I am putting in the RAW meat, veggie, etc......…

Thanksgiving Turkey Burgers
These were soooo good! 244 calories 20oz ground turkey (I used 93%) 1 cup of crushed chicken stuffing mix (dry, not cooked ~ I used lower sodium Stove Top) 1 Egg Combine and make into 5 equal burgers ~ cook till cooked! lol The only thing I would do different next time is add appx 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning

why aren't I loosing?!?
I have not lost a pound in 2 weeks, but I have gained one!! 5'8" ~ office job ~ bootcamp 2 times per week for 1 hour ~ walk 1-2 miles 2 times per day, hills included ~ want to loose 20 - 30 ~ Yes, I use a food scale ~ HELP! I am far from any sort of expert and just don't understand what is going on :neutral:

Iced Coffee
I've found my replacement!! 8oz cold coffee 4oz vanilla almond milk (i use reduced sugar) 1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein powder 1/2 banana Soooo good!! The iced coffee's i was indulging in were 200 calories and 26 grams of sugar ~ I don't feel deprived at all, WIN WIN!!

i have seen this term used alot on the site ~ could somebody explain in laymens terms what this means? I think it is what calories you should be consuming based on your age, weight, height, and exercise? I just put my info into a TDEE calculator, and it tells me to eat 2188 calories per day?? Chip Lovers
I recently bought Special K chips, southwest flavor.....really good and only 110 calories for 27 chips, Fat 2.5; sodium 230; carbs 22; sugar 1 and protein 2. Not the healthiest, but definatley hits the spot for that crunch factor :smile: I had mine with 2T of hummus........150 calorie snack is good for me!!
