just and FYI, whatever combos you come up ~ they freeze really well! I do this at times and freeze them on a cookie sheet, when they are frozen I wrap each on individually in plastic wrap, and then in a big freezer bag. When ready to eat, pop one in the microwave for a few minutes ~ yummy on the go breakfast!

If I don't walk/run, I only average appx the same. So with that being said, now I park far away, use stairs, and TRY to make it to the gym :) I'm in the northeast, so winter is here and it's dark very early ~ so once Spring/Summer is back, I'll get more steps in!

congrats! I quit a little over 3 years ago and have not looked back ~ quit drinking too, but that sugar was replaced with other sugar that is slowing getting under control, lol ~ feel free to add me!

I just came across Natural Bliss - I believe coffee mate puts it out it's a mixture of non-fat milk, heavy cream and a touch of sugar~ all natural with none of the added bs! Hello! Working full-time 46 year old mom of 3 boys, 26, 24 and 21 ~ 2 graduated college, 1 still in college ~ Empty Nest Syndrome!! I'm half way to goal, with 15 more pounds to lose!
