I am using as my breakfast and coffee (coffee protein shake = yum!!) at the same time, then a few hours later when I am really hungry I have something else :)

I thought I was doing good using measuring cups ~ nope! once I starting weighing EVERYTHING it was super eye opening!!

I pretty much cook most of food from scratch ~ it helps!

Mexican Chopped Salad: Black Beans, Red Onion, 2 Colored Peppers, 1 Jalapeno (seeded and deveined if you don't like it hot), Cherry Tomatoes cut in Half, Cilantro (I like alot), Juice of 2 limes, Salt to Taste ~ let sit a few hours, and YUMMO!

i'm 5'8 ~ I will be happy with the 160's right now!! Almost there, as of this morning I was 175 :blush: ~ seriously I am aiming for 150ish and will re-evaluate at that point :)

I would go with the "portable lunches" since you don't really want to be touching your food ~ pita pockets and wraps can be wrapped in tinfoil so you don't have to touch the food ~ bananas ~ granola bars

trifles! you can make anyway you like ~ layers of cake (brownie, angel food, regular cake ~ cut into cubes) ~ pudding ~ whipped cream ~ fruit Delicious, and not toooooo bad for you :) Enjoy your day of indulgance!!

love this menu!! I would probably get the veggie burger ~ I love them! Or the crab cakes, love these too!! But yes, depends on what you have left for your calories :)

i buy pita pockets for my husband and fill with chicken salad, tuna salad, whatever! you can even put chicken breast and some salad stuff in a pita pocket ~ plus I give him chips, fruit, granola bar ~ and of course an ice pack ~ Good Luck!
