Yes, i need more veggies :) Yes, a very regular schedule!! I am very routine, but only for a week...I plan my meals in advance, this helps me stay accountable :) And my fat intake has been high this week, was not thought out very well when i bought the nuts! lol

Yes, I'm going to try to get out more....definatley didn't get out at all this winter! I am a sleeper, or so I think! I do toss and turn, but think I still average at least 7 hours, probably closer to 8

We had a HORRIBLE winter in the Northeast and it's just starting to get warm (finally!) so I was not outside at all for a while ~ getting out there now and maybe I should drink 8oz a milk a day too

I actually have a pretty stress free life (within the last 4 months) ~ i owned a cafe for 3 years, and closed in December ~ this is where I gained these pesky 30 pounds!! ~ I enjoyed owning the cafe, but it was very stressful also, now I have come full circle and am back at the job that I left, lol....No regrets opening or…

your first big step was reaching out on mfp!! that is a big accomplishment and i am sure was very hard..... next step in my opinion is talking with your wife, counselor, a close friend, SOMEONE depression is real ~ i see it daily with a family member nobody should be making fun, and if they do, they don't belong on this…

Thank you for your suggestions. My plan will be to keep chugging along, and as soon as my insurance kicks in I will be making an appt for blood work, physical, etc....... Thank you for letting me know about not taking anything at least 2 months prior, never would have thought of it!

when i planned my meal, i wasn't even thinking of Cinco De Mayo ~ but i was had Tex/Mex planned and it was delicious! I especialy LOVE the rice ~ just something different than your average white rice

water is a BIG problem for me, but I'm trying ~ up to 5 (8oz) cups a day ~ and yes, I can get up and stretch, just doing it is another problem (busy at desk, etc)

MFP has me set at 1400 calories, and i eat those plus whatever i "earn" thru exercise.....I thought my protein was pretty good, morning, afternoon and dinner I am getting protein.
