I've been using it in smoothies and it's just like milk. I use the unsweetened regular stuff so I can add my own flavors to the smoothies without the almond milk taking over the taste.

Some great advice given already, and if it hasn't been said before: Keep your sense of humor! It'll get you through the tough times and when you do slip it'll allow you to pick yourself up and carry on :)

She's pretty in a creepy kind of way. I think she would be prettier without all the work done. Funny though, while sitting here looking at the pics my 2-year-old daughter came over and looked at the computer and said "Barbie!" So I guess to little girls she DOES look like Barbie.

I *HATE* my arms for this reason. The stretch marks too. I'd love to see what people say about this and I'll also be reading the blog post. The belly I can hide in jeans but not my arms! ETA: What kind of weight training can i do at home that doesn't require expensive and bulky equipment?

I've been having this every night: Sugar cone (50 cal) + 2 Tablespoons light cool whip (20 cal) + 1 tsp mini chocolate chips (23 cal). It's like a fake ice cream cone for 93 calories. It's also really good with diced up strawberries with little calories added.

I don't enter my water just because I KNOW I'm getting enough so I don't need to track it. Everything else goes in so I stay accountable, even my diet sodas!

For almost 20 years I've had a water bottle with me everywhere I go. Especially since they've become so popular in recent years, you can find some really cute ones! My fave is a pink and black sport bottle by Nike, but I also have some cheap ones from Walmart. Fill it up and take it with you EVERYWHERE. I even take mine…
