Thank you very much for the help that didn't cost $38.97 per month...lol

I'm going through the same thing. Loust 2.5 pounds then popped back up and am actually .5 lbs heavier than when I started the week. Working out like a dog and never going over my calorie goal...what gives?

Thank you for that. I used that calculation to actually create my own formula to get a better reading of calories burned. I'm doing p90x right now, in my 8th week. So I put in my numbers and checked the "3-5 ex per week" box, then did the same thing except checked the "6-7 ex per week" box. Then I averaged those numbers…

I'm not sure I would say "never" to the good stuff. I had trouble losing weight for a while. I'm in my 8th week of p90x classic. But I did a calorie adjustment. Just dipped it by 150-200 calories per day. I also purchased a GOOD heart rate monitor/calorie counter to monitor things during my excersises. I recommend Polar.…

Look I'm new to this and had to tweak a few things. But the only reason i've lasted so long on this diet is because I don't worry about anything I eat from Friday dinner to sunday breakfast. If it's going to bother you, I would bring my own stuff to eat on Friday. Once Saturday hits, I wouldn't give 1/2 a thought to…

Very good suggestions...last question. I adjusted my calorie goal on this site to 2,000. However I burn approximately 400 calories per day when I do my workouts. When I log it in, the site makes the adjustments and adds 400 calories to my diet that day. Should I ignore the additional 400 calories?

lol...no I'm not a football player. I'm 5'11, 221 lbs. 30 years old. I went by the formula in the p90x nutrition guide...obviously I need to tweak it a bit.

I'm just doing the program straight through. Should I go ahead and finish it straight through since I'm about to enter phase 3?...or should I start over and do lean or doubles?...Also, you two gave me a good idea. I went back to the p90x nutrition guide and instead of entering my current weight into the formula to…

I think I'll do that...all great suggestions...and yes, it is lean meat on the sub, and no bacon or may or anything like that.
-
Not at all...Just would feel a little guilty about going over my carb intake limit.

I'm in decent shape, but definitely not an athlete. I bought p90x for the challenge. And I got way more than I bargained for. However I would reccommend going all out if your going to do p90x. I'm sure you can find used dvd's on craigs list but get as many bands as you can because you will get stronger as early as one week…

Good to know. I've already decided that I'm going to go straight into p90x lean after I'm done with classic. After that, I'm going to do classic again, then doubles. I'm almost posotive that I won't come out of the phase 2 p90x diet plan that whole time. Everything should take about a year.

All of these replies have been great. I'm sold on this website. I only have 17 lbs. to lose if I get the definition I'm looking for, if not, I may need to adjust my goal. Everyone in here is free to add me as a friend or I will add all of you in a bit. I'd like to keep in touch with the people who have replied so far if…
