So I'm in my 10th week of p90x classic. I didn't give it my all during Yoga X yesterday and completely skipped my Legs and Back routine today. I'm just wandering about this because I'm not wild about it. (The taste)...But if people on here really think I need to be drinking this then I will start back up.
