i started using mfp on 1st june 2012, today at weigh in, im down 56lbs in total (4 stone) i have 14lbs more to loose, so im hoping by 1st december ill be there. which means it will have taken me 6 months to loose 5 stone or 70lbs.

i am 5' 10" and i was told my healthy weight is between 150lbs and 175lbs. if your weighing in at 112lbs thats only 8 stone!!!! id say you need to put it on! my opinion..... petruding bones isnt sexy and 8 stone isnt healthy!

my diet / fitness plan started on 2nd june 2012. i weighed in at, 228.4lbs. i weigh in every sunday, yesterday i was 205.2lb. so 6 weeks ive lost 23.2lbs my goal weight is 175 (im 5' 10")
