Amazing! You give me hope for my three month mark :D

Great job! You look awesome. It's funny how weight is distributed because your current pic does not look like you are over 200lbs!
-
Gurlahh! You are beautiful. Congrats on the perseverance to trust the process and keep fighting daily. Losing weight is truly a two-fold process: the physical and the mental. You look amazing. Thanks for the inspiration :) :)

A little sore, nothing too extreme

Congratulations!

Thanks guys, patience really is the problem here...that and I need to stop weighing myself every week!
-
Yes, I do walk 6 days a week. Would that retain water?
-
So my daily calorie goal is 1490 to lose 1.5lbs per week. I walk 6 days a week averaging about 400 calories burned. I will normally eat back about 2/3 of those calories and leave a little wiggle room just in case those calories aren't correct. I let my Samsung Health sync my steps to determine how many calories I've burned…

Thanks for the support! I don't feel like I'm struggling though, my calorie intake is sufficient enough for me. It was definitely just today, my "weigh-in" day where I didn't lose this week and my bf's poor eating habits has allowed him to lose 4lbs. lol

I do walk six days a week. I let my Sfit sync my steps and I'm averaging about 400 calories burned per day. I eat back roughly 2/3 of the exercise calories to leave room for any errors if the calories burned is not 100% correct

Very true. Just a suggestion!

Nice! Creases are definitely shrinking. That's pretty awesome for a little over a month progress. You give me hope for one month from now! :D

Like the poster above said...don't weigh yourself. What you can do, alternatively, is take several before pictures/measurements and track your progress that way. Good luck!

As everyone else mentioned, yes it does work. The daily calorie intake MFP gives you is based on your goals you input (current weight, goal weight, active lifestyle, and how many lbs you want to lose each week). MFP then assesses your calories based on you NOT exercising. So when you exercise, burning extra calories for…

I don't really buy "snacks" in my house just to simply avoid the temptation of eating them. BUT when I do buy snacks I have founds ways around eating what I want without going over board. For example..I like ice cream cones but they can contain an upward of 300 calories so instead I buy the mini ice cream cones at Trader…

Invest in a food scale if you don't have one already. You're probably eating more than you think! I've been doing good for two weeks and I'm down 1.5lbs. It's a small amount but it's a decrease nonetheless! Good luck :)

That's why I asked for her expertise and enlightment... have a blessed one.
-
Welp...sounds like your the expert. So, how did YOU lose weight. Or whatever you consider to be "physically fit". Please. Enlighten me
-
First, congratulations. You've accomplished more than a "small" success. You look great! It's good to hear that running also contributed to your loss thus far. I just started running in hopes that it will help with weight and fat loss. I'm also weighing my food so I'll see in a few weeks how it turns out!
-
Awesome! Keep up on your journey and those digits will double soon enough!
-
22 days and 1lb down hahaha! I just got serious last week with weighing my food...made a BIG difference *cheers to us!* :D
-
Soo I just gave this vid a shot... GURLAAH I was shaking my boots off!! :D :D It's only a few mins but it's intense for someone with poor core balance and out of shape. Thanks again for sharing! Will challenge myself to keep doing it everyday!
-
Thank you for sharing. I will definitely try this out!
-
Well, congratulations! 120 looks GREAT on you. I'm very inspired since my goal is to lose 50lbs. You rock! :D :D Did you incorporate any other types of work outs beside's cardio? Like weight training or workout dvd's?
-
Thank you all for the feedback. I have a food scale that I haven't used :/ How do you determine the accurate calorie content for the food you weigh? Are you basing it off of the label on the food package?
-
26 here looking to lose 40lb's but 20lbs is along the journey! I'm currently 190lbs and want to get down to 150. I just graduated college last year so I was in your shoes too. Add me!

O M G :D :D :D
-
Thanks! I caught a sale last week and stocked up on Almond Breeze! It's actually pretty good :D
-
Thanks guys for all of the feedback. It sounds like, from what most of you are saying, is that I should increase my fiber intake and drink A LOT more water. Aside from that, eating better, which includes more fruits & veggies will help regulate ;)
-
I think I need to increase my fiber intake...I started eating (quaker) oatmeal packets for breakfast but it hasn't really helped.
