  • All I eat is fruits and veggies.. i don't eat fast food or sweets and i only drink about 8-10 glasses of water.... i do exercise and burn 400 calories + about 5xs a week.... i just was asking about the fiber intake because i don't seem to have a BM as often as I used to.. what can i do to help with that??:sad:
