Hello! Glad to hear everyone is working hard to stay fit and healthy!! This is the year of change! I have a quick question: I had a lite salad at a restaurant last night and it isn't on the calories counter and Ican't find the nutrition info for it anywhere online. How do I add up my calories or add it onto the server here if I can't find the nutrition info anywhere?
It was just romaine lettuce chopped up with red onion, tomato, bleu cheese crumbles and a oil/vinegar dressing on the side. A 1/4 cup of dressing! Any help? Thanks!

I use the recipe calculator on nutritiondata.com for things like that. Put in all your individual ingredients and servings. So put in all the stuff in your salad and calculate for one serving. There will be some guestimating as you don't know the actual ingredients, but you should get it in the ballpark. I do alot of my own baking, bread, muffins, english muffins etc and use that program frequently. Hope that helps!0

spark people also has a good recipe calculator.
you can also save things that you make/eat all of the time as a meal. It will come up first in your list if you do a search & have it sorted by relevance.
A lot of the Cooking Light recipes are already entered, which is a great cookbook BTW!0
