I've been sick for a month so today was day one of getting back into working out. It was tough but it's going to be good to get back into a routine. My goal is to get back into a minimum of 4 bootcamp classes per week. Monday: 1 hour Muay Thai bootcamp

I have to weigh in today because I'm gone for the weekend. SW: 281 lbs Sat. Dec. 6: CW: 248.9 lbs GW: 238.9 lbs UGW: 160 lbs Fri. Dec. 12: 238.6 Down: 10.3 lbs This is mostly due to a horrible chest cold. I just hope I keep it off and keep heading downwards.
