  • I like " Brad Kings Whey Powder, " vanilla. Great in a smoothie with water and berries as a meal or after a good workout. I like to put a handful of spinach or kale in too and some ground flax seed, 1/2 banana if I have room in my daily calorie count.
  • I eat oatmeal on a regular basis. I cook up a pot of steel cut oats and use 1/4 per day. Just pop it in the microwave...it is convenient. I ususally throw on some frozen blueberries or raspberries, some plain non fat yogurt and about a tsp. of agave nector...it is delicious, nutricious and sticks with you all morning.

  • I normally don't eat cereal. I love lots of the kinds that are not good for you. I usually cook steel cut oats or organic oatmeal but occasionally I will buy Kashi Lean cereal. I do like a sprinkle of bran buds over my blueberrys and plain organic yogurt sweetened with Agave nector.
