Sounds like an interesting class... I wish i could get involved with things like that, But I'm living on a small island that just doesn't have these things available... And the closest place is 200miles away over the sea... lool!

I always eat at the end of the day, light breakfast and light lunch, so I can have a large main meal at night with my boyfriend!!! (: And I exercise just when ever I can find the time. There is no exact science, You do it how you feel you would do it best

Morning and mid-day foods should probably stay as fruit and veg. Then have an average sized portion of something in the evening. And exercise. Look for a NET calorie intake of 1200, rather than just a food intake of 1200. So, if you eat 1500, make sure there is 200 calories burnt by exercise. :)

You should buy a pair of tights (thats what they're called in the UK.. not sure the american term) that have a built in tummy-tucking magic knicker part. I had a pair and it makes a smooth shape right from your feet to below your boobies. :)

I love doing this work-out. Its fantastic, and challenging. You could do it everyday if you worked hard enough.. Its a good, all-round work out... Not that I'm an expert on the subject!! :P But when I was 16, I went from being 160 - 112lb, and I use to do this exercise all the time..

I hope you get to where i am hunnie! I was actually clinically obsese all through out my childhood, up untill 15, which was only 3 years ago.. So I'm actually at my healthiest weight of my life..
