The One Hundred Workout advice

I'm looking for some advice from trainers or anyone who quite a bit of exercise knowledge. Today I am doing the One Hundred workout. http://everycollegegirl.com/get-fit-the-100-workout/
I am starting off by doing the parts separately throughout the day. I would eventually like to be able to do it in one workout. I though about setting a challenge for myself... trying to do it 3-5 times a week. Is this realistic? I know I will need off days to give the muscles time to relax but how often is too much?

I love doing this work-out.
Its fantastic, and challenging.
You could do it everyday if you worked hard enough..
Its a good, all-round work out...
Not that I'm an expert on the subject!! :P
But when I was 16, I went from being 160 - 112lb, and I use to do this exercise all the time..0 -
I did this everyday in it's entirety for a long time. Your challenge is totally realistic, good luck0

Looks good, and no reason you should not be able to do this 3-5 times a week.....At some stage I would suggest that you actually try and add some resistance / weight training to your program too...0

Would this be logged as cardio or circuit training?0

Would this be logged as cardio or circuit training?
I honestly have no idea... I was just going to not log it or just log the jumping jacks and the run since I don't know how to log it.0
