I'm sorry you're stressed ot Sue. I agree you should take some time off. I feel as though MFP is there to help you. If it's not helping, and actually causing pain, don't do it. Morning all. I don't want to be awake and cold, but here I am and it is. Finally went shopping, and we have a whole smorgasbord of healthy snacks available now. Morning Ravenclaws! Heading to a concert of Irish river dancing. Everyone is in good spirits, although we're all getting over a cold. My mom lost 5 pounds this week, and I'm proud of her. Having each other to cheer on has been great, but we wouldn't have gotten out of the gate if it wasn't for MFP and you guys. Thanks!

My December goal will be to reach 320. (Then I'll only be 100 pounds over what it says on my driver's license.) Also, it seems that 8 pounds would be reasonable to reach for a normal month, which might inspire me to stay straight when it comes to holiday food. :)

I just finished a 13 page draft and a 70 slide presentation for my class tomorrow. My knee is still sore, but I can walk on it. I'm going to miss these 4 day weekends.
