Hi! I swim!!! My favorite stroke is the butterfly! I hated the backstroke but in competition you have to be good at every stroke. I've worked up to comfortably doing a 500 (20 laps)!

I hated protein bars until i found think thin. doesnt taste like chocolate cardboard.

do a workout bootcamp. high protein, moderate carb diet, eliminate all processed food and sugars. WORKOUT DAILY. drink your weight in ounces of water.

kale pesto chicken salad! 2 tbsp chobani yogurt 1 tbsp pesto sauce little lemon juice 1 tsp EVOO mix everything together and combine with 2 heaping cups of raw kale, grilled chicken and the veggies of your choice!

You need to increase your calories. And eat clean. one day you drank 3 cans of soda and the next it seems like you compensate for it by eating less and less.

eat soup, i know its alot of sodium but drink lots of water and potassium rich foods to counteract the sodium. it usually takes me the entire day to eat a can when im sick.
