You know how you say, "I refuse to weigh over XXX amount of pounds!" Mines is and will always be 250lbs. My heaviest was 240.9 and I said enough is enough!

Finding out what makes me bloat :/
My body is retaining water a little bit more than I'm used to. I've been eating pretty clean all week and have enough water. If it's sugar, how can I eliminate more from my diet? Same question for dairy. My diary is open.

An AMAZING wat to motivate yourself!
I have come up with a great idea to mix what I love to do (shopping) with weight loss! I will reward myself $10 towards a new wardrobe when I reach my goal weight! I think everyone should try this it really motivates me! Just multiply the weight you've lost by 10 to get your total! EX. 8.6lbs lost x $10= $86!

Lowering my calories??
I recently changed my weight loss goal from 2lbs a week (which I only did the first week) to 1.5lbs a week (which i accomplished every week) My calories have raised from 1370-1600. I was very comfortable eating 1370 with exercise so should I take MFP's advice and up my calories or stick to my old faithful 1370?

Why do some people never look like the weight they see on th
My bf asked me hoe much I weigh because he likes picking me up...(he does it because i get scared--i HATE being picked up). i told him roughly 220 (im 219.4) and he laughed at me! My first cheat meal!
I decided that my will power to bounce back from eating badly is good enough to finally eat what I've been CRAVING for 6 weeks.... OXTAILS, rice and cabbage! I logged it in and when I divided the portions into two...it was under 550 calories which is still good for a dinner and my lunch for the next day!

The smallest successes are the BEST!
I was taking my nightly shower when I noticed my towel wraps around me more now! I know this may seem small but it made me SOOOO happy lol!

Let's go back to basics!
What made you gain weight? What made you want to change? -A depression in high school mixed with my first year of college (freshman 15) made me go from 150-225 (that was my heaviest weight). I was more focused on food satisfying my mood rather than my health. -What made me want to change is how surprised people were when I…

Falling in love with the afterburn
Maybe I'm weird but I love the feel of afterburn after a workout! It make me feel what areas I've worked out the most and reminds me how hard I've worked out! Sucky thing is I've been held hostage on this couch -__-

Surprised at myself!
