Finding out what makes me bloat :/

My body is retaining water a little bit more than I'm used to. I've been eating pretty clean all week and have enough water. If it's sugar, how can I eliminate more from my diet? Same question for dairy. My diary is open.

    I'm having this problem as well. I look in the mirror in the morning, and look almost totally different stomach wise in the evening....

    Just a quick look at your diary--you eat a ton of sodium. Try limiting to 1800 mg a day for a few weeks and see if that helps. You body needs less than 100 mg of sodium a day to survive, the rest absorbs water in to your blood (bloating) or gets excreted out. Also, the more water you drink, the faster the bloat goes away. It seems counterproductive, but is %100 true.
