Unfortunately, not yet; every time I try to pick up the pace to a jog he turns around and jumps on me! He thinks I'm playing. I totally agree! I work at a small gym, and I know the six trainers personally and they are all fit and fantastic with their clients and they also specialize in different things, so we are able to recommend the perfect match for interested clients..

I chose mine based on price, haha! Got a drugstore-brand over a brand-name because it had more of the things I needed (unlike you I need more iron), and then they were so much cheaper! I picked a daily women's..but the boxes should give you some info if you peruse the aisle!

I lost 27 pounds and then went to a Christmas party. Tried to drink a bottle of wine and ended up over the toilet. Felt like a first timer, hahaha.

Nope, weight about 55, 60 lbs less. BUT... in my last relationship, I weighed between 20 and 40 more at all points. It felt strange washing both of our clothes, and his hip bones hurt. :(

I also eat black pepper on almost everything I eat, and nutmeg in eggs/omelette. Cinnamon is my favourite flavour for treats (I drink a lot of cinnamon tea too), and I put it on apples and oatmeal.

I definitely agree. Last night, I made burritos with lentils and seasoned them with cumin, chili powder and oregano. Tasted fantastic! Then we added chili pepper flakes for some heat. :)
