I add whatever is lying around. This week it's leftover cranberry sauce from Christmas and walnuts. Sometimes it's pecans and raisins. Sometimes blueberries and almonds.

I did the 2A workout twice now, and I've separated the front squat and push press. (We learned them separately in Crossfit.) You could also try to find a 'slower' meal. My girlfriends and I went out for high tea last weekend at a fancy hotel. The food came in waves, and the portions were tiny and we were drinking tea throughout... so we ended up being stuffed but spent two hours there chatting. I agree with the flea market idea. Totally fun. I do that every weekend and sometimes have friends come along. I think people are always down to do something different and crazy and fun, they just might be worried about introducing a new activity if they feel like it only interests them. Just buy better coffee!!! (I use a bit of skim milk to cool it in the morning so I can drink it faster.) Do not use chocolate milk. It's too tasty. If I have chocolate milk in the house I accidentally drink two pots of coffee.

Pure maple syrup!!! Did anyone say that yet??? My mom always makes them, and they are killer. You mix a pound of almonds with 1 tbsp of pure maple syrup.... spread on a baking sheet and sprinkle with coarse sea salt then roast them. (Or lately I've been making them without salt, still tasty!!!)

You probably could, perhaps with a big enough bag... usually the bags I use are pretty small, and I don't think my dog's aim behind him would be any good. I'd be afraid of it not winding up centred and actually having a tougher time closing the bag than if you just picked it up... maybe a paper bag with more structure…
