I've been doing a Paleo Challenge through my Crossfit Box. It's been going for about 6.5 weeks and we have 2.5 more weeks to go. I took a couple of days as 'cheat days' last week because my anniversary was in there, but I still logged all my food and tried to eat mostly clean. I am seeing really good results from fine-tuning my nutrition plan like this and being more consistent with my workouts. And yet...

In the past 2 weeks, I bought a bunch of junk that was on super good sales that I want to eat after my challenge is over. These include Pop-Tarts, Little Debbie cakes, beer, and Easter candy.

I plan on taking 1 week after the challenge is over to allow myself treats that still fit into my daily calorie goals, and then get back to an 80/20 Paleo diet. I'm planning on adding small amounts of oatmeal, dairy, and legumes back in since I don't have any problems/sensitivities, but still trying to avoid sugar, alcohol, and fake ingredients as much as possible.

When I look at this little stockpile of cr*p I have amassed, I feel slightly ashamed.

Anyone else have anything they'd like to confess? No judgement! :)

    I purposely donate blood at the permanent clinic here because they have way better snacks than the mobile clinics!
