not going to lie, I clicked on this for the title lol :) but I've had good luck with special k cereal or those fiber one bars. eat LOTSSSSSS of fruit. Good luck :)

i like to do apple & a cinnamon stick. or i've done an orange/lemon/lime for a citrusy drink. i tried adding mint...but mint is just not my flavor...i should have known better lol :)

I added you. (anyone can add me as well) I fell off the wagon for awhile as well. Now i'm back on. I'm 29 and looking to lose about 15lbs. It's been a stubborn 15 though...this almost 30 stuff is for the birds!!!

coconut milk in my opinion is NOT good lol vanilla almond milk on the other hand...super yum!
