Totally with you, I have not been able to stop eating today. I recommend celery. Takes a lot of effort to eat, not a lot of calories!

That's so impressive! I too am 19, I am 5'6", I started at around 160, and I just got under 150. It's nice to see someone else in the same boat. How did you do it? Any tips for a fellow college student?

I have a stability ball for my desk chair. I got one from Gaiam that has a lift and a rolls. I have found it to be very comfortable and I do think it has helped with my core strength, plus, if nothing else, it keeps you focused, can't doze off on top of a ball!…
