@ kiwiburger & chevy88grl: You both have a point as well. Even I wouldn't like to measure the food all the time and especially not in front of others. I'm totally confused whether I really need the scale now.. :tongue: More advise is welcome.. :flowerforyou:

Yeah, I think you guys are right.. Unless I don't measure the exact amount, I wouldn't know how much I'm eating. @ Trisha: I googled it and they seem really cheap like around $20-25.

after seeing these results i'm definitely trying this out.:bigsmile: But 1 question though... is it a 30min workout or an hour? I also wanna try insanity, but man o man!!! that's one crazy workout.. so i think i'm gonna give myself enough leeway for that.. but i do have to admit that i'm scared of both shaun t and jillian…

My goals for this week.. starting tomorrow..:bigsmile: 1. try to exercise everyday :tongue: 2. seriously going to keep track of my food intake 3. no overeating :mad: 4. not gonna get dissapointed if i don't lose weight by the end of the week 5. try to be more patient i think 5 goals are enough to begin with :laugh:
