My son is actually on this for his depression. It has worked very well for him. However, it didn't increase his appetite at all but for him that was a good. I'll also add that this did make my son tired so he was sleeping much better. Everyone does respond differently so it may work to increase your mom's appetite.

I have the fitbit flex and love it. I tried out the One and would forget to put it on. I also tried out their new Charge tracker and it was giving me a burning sensation on my wrist. I was afraid that burning would eventually caused a rash. Fitbit Flex is the best for me.

Points are still figured out by the calculator. The blue calculator is the old one and will only got down to 29 points. You should really go get the new calculator. It goes down to the new minimum amount which is 26. It would be more accurate since ww will only figure out our points after joining if we ask.

I am just walking on my treadmill for now. Can't wait to get outside once it warms up. I haven't heard about any fitness challenges but I also haven't been to a meeting in 2 weeks. My 2yr has been sick and there aren't a lot of meetings here. If I hear anything I will let you know.

I forget to weigh in yesterday. last week: 194 today: 192 lost 2 pounds this week and a total of 8 pounds. Yay!! I am finally starting to get some results

last week: 194 today: 194 I didn't lose but didn't gain so thats a plus. I anxious to see what next week will be. I never lose anything in the week that Tom will show up. It showed up today so it did surpise me there was no loss

You need to figure out the calories for that dinner. Are you drinking anything else with calories? I did slimfast 4 yrs ago and lost at least 2 pounds a week but usually more.

last week: 196 today: 195 lost 1lb I am happy I have been losing at least 1lb a week but wish it would be more. If I stay at this rate it is going to take me forever to get to a decent weight

I have no idea. I will tell you to avoid all Taylor scales though. I have seen alot of peole complaining about them as well as myself. The thing seems to remember your last weight and always give you that same number unless you weigh something else on it.
