It seems like no matter what I do I can't lose weight. If I manage to lose a pound (like yesterday) its back within a day or 2. I have tried less calories, more calories, getting exercise. I could never attempt this with 5lb weights right now. I am only use 2lb weights and even that is tough. I also have worked out with weights in 10ys so maybe thats why. Good luck

I want to start adding in some walking as well. Does anyone know if it would be better to do the cardio first then the shred or vice vera?

I am done with day 2. I will tell you that my legs and abs are soo sore though. I feel like an idiot though. I can't do a pushup not even Anita's modified version. I have to modify it myself. I also can't seem to do the bicycle crunch so I just do the regular crunch for now.

This is exactly what I was thinking.I went by the mfp recommendations of a 1200 calorie diet to lose 2 pounds a week. I will try upping it and see what happens. I opened my diary so that should help all of you. I put it to lose 2lb a week because I need to lose like 10 pounds within a month or so.
