I've lost about 29 lbs all together now and I went from a D cup down to a C....so far

I burned over 800 calories in 2 hrs. I did 90 minutes of spinning and about 1/2 hr of circuit training. With that said, the heavier you are the more calories you burn. I'm sure I'd burn more calories than someone that's 125 lbs. :)

I've lost all together 29 lbs so far. I went from a 42D to a 42C. I still have about 40-50 lbs to go, so I have no idea what I will be down to. I just use the circuit weight machines in the gym, lol

I go to the gym and weight in, once a month with measurements. I refuse to be a slave to the scale. BUT, everyone is different. Once a week is good :)

I agree, I think it's like 35 calories for a wedge. Many different flavors, so you never get bored

I was on a 12 night cruise that started and ended in Rome, BUT, we didn't get to spend any time there. My sister and I was there this past Sept. The euro doesn't buy much. I agree, there is no reason why you should be stressing over money ... at what's supposed to be a very happy time in your life. I would rent a dress and do whatever it takes to make is a FABULOUS day, not a stress filled one. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Even though I initiated my divorce, it still HURT...that all he cared about was how much money I made. I'm glad that I don't have to settle anymore. Everyone deserves to be happy. I don't remember exactly, probably went to work....like any other day, lol

DITTO!!!! Seven hundred calories for anyone is way too low. I would definately increase it as much as you can. Is there a way you could add snacks to you everyday thing. Snacks can add on calories about 100 each, I hope that you increase your calories....

I hardly ever eat my exercise calories, I just don't. I'm happy losing the weight that I lose, at my own pace.

I have yet to try any, but, when I went to the nutritionalist, she suggest whey protein. She told me that they were the best to buy. I hope this helps you.....

There is this one exercise at the gym that I go to. It's a bar that you pull down on, at a sitting position. It's suppose to help develop your upper arms, I think. All I know is that I tried it once with the PT, and that was the only time. I have NO core muscles to be able to get UP from a seated position. With the weight…

I had a sip of champagne with co workers, I worked till midnight.When I got home I had a glass and 1/2 of white merlot :)

I get weigh'd once a month at the gym. I refuse to be a slve to the scale. AND, with that said, I go by how my clothes feel. You could be losing inches (with your exercising) and not so much weight. Last month I only lost 4 lbs, but I lost 4 1/2 inches. I was HAPPY about that, especially the 2 inches I lost off my waist. :)

I agree, most places will have one free session with a PT. If not, ask questions. I belong to LA Fitness and all of their machines have diagrams on how the machines are used. I hope that you get as much as you can out of your gym membership.... :)

Personally, I love cheese, but, I also LOVE chick peas and edamame,which are also good for protein. If you LOVE cheese, you have no reason to stop eating it, especially if your not going over with carbs or fat. ENJOY!!!!

I have 2% milk in my cereal in the morning, that's about it.....

I have a Polar FT 40 and LOVE it, but I'm not sure if it's waterproof. I'm sure it has something to that effect in the pages and pages of instructions lol
