when i get really hungry late at night i chew some sugar free gum and that tends to help most of the time. or a sugar free peppermint. if you must eat something snack on some green veggies.. something with little no or carbs

im having the most trouble toning the skin on my arms and thighs... its so aggravating and i feel disgusting everytime i look at myself in the mirror but then i look at a picture of myself 118 pounds ago and tell myself that the skin does look better than the fat rolls everywhere.. still difficult at times but its a work…
