can someone link to the 'last post' you all keep refering to?

Be careful who you tell this to - they might ask you to help them move. lol.

What is close personal protection? Is it code for body guard? Anyway, your brother sounds jealous. To say you'd be happier having unemployed, drug using ADULT kids living at home rather than working kids is a lie. I call BS. It reminds me of Schapele Corby's mother who, when confronted about the fact that almost all her 5…

I'm with you. But if the OP doesn't accept her excuses (I think she was only having fun, not thinking or feeling serious) he is well within his right to dump her. I think it's a little harsh and even immature on his part though. This 'friend' of hers is clearly no danger to the relationship - as long as your girl is…

yeah, I am too - but I can't stick to it. It's really too hard. I set it low to speed things up and because I hit a plateau that dragged on and on... worked while my motivation was high.

I just had 10 mini Time Outs *drool* I logged them, and I am over... poo. No dinner for naughty me tonight.

I enjoy food immensely! Sometimes we pay $50 for a meal and I think to myself 'vegemite toast is just as nice' Simple foods rock!

There's no real rhyme or reason - I know this because I grabbed my husbands BIKE just as they started to chase and was doing 19mph and they still chased for ages. But earlier on my run they started chasing and I sped up (on foot) and they were gone fast. (only chased for mere seconds) I was also caught once during this…

The less you buy the better off you'll be. My staples are Milk Bread Cheese Baked Beans Tinned Tuna (I am thinking about cutting this one) Dry soup packets (they are low cal and yummy) I NEVER buy junk food. Absolutely NEVER. But we eat out a lot, which makes life hard, our food at home is sooo boring and always the SAME…

I was born with an umbilical hernia - I had it repaired when I was 4. (It popped way out and changed colour so it became too serious to live with) After the surgery I wasn't allowed to run - but I still did. Nothing bad happened. As a very young child no running was the only restriction - I cannot remember ever feeling any…

When I'm travelling I like tins of baked beans - super healthy, satisfying and doesn't require any special storage (just don't forget a spoon)

You lose weight.

My best metabolism advice? Get EXCITED! Put music on instead of tv, jump around in excitement, dance, think positive and be happy.

I want ME to look at me and think I LOOK GREAT! I want OTHERS to look at me and think SHE LOOKS SO YOUNG. (I look older when I'm heavier)

I absolutely LOVE this story! Thanks for posting!

Congratulations! I'm so happy for you. :) Keep up the great work!

Identifying triggers is half the battle, there will always be difficult occasions. My advice is to eat mindfully and s.l.o.w.l.y. Enjoy each mouthful, take smaller portions and don't finish anything that you're not enjoying. Throw substandard food in the garbage immediately. Oh, and don't drink any calories - stick to…

Pamela Anderson - at the height of her fame, but prolly with smaller breasts. I love the 'stacked' look.

Sadly, no. It's impossible to prove and impossible to see the injuries and the legal system is already clogged beyond breaking point. The only thing an emotionally abused person can do is get away from the abuser. (hopefully this is possible) Been there, done that. I moved out of home at 17 due to unrelenting emotional…

Depends on the scales. Even if you have a good brand it still might be a faulty unit.

Damn, I waited for a few months, then broke down and bought it at the high price.

I was thinking of having a sauna - but I'm worried about making other people sick. One website recommends getting back to exercise at half your normal amount... so I might take the poor dog for a walk tonight, he has missed out for too long.

I got a nasty shock after eating a bag of m&ms one time - won't be doing that again. From memory it was 890 cals. And for an added kick in the guts - it wasn't satisfying! But I've been pleasantly suprised by mushrooms, prawns, low joule jelly and cup a soups. (Chicken noodle is 45 CALORIES!) Great for the waistline!

My father was in and out of juvenile detention centres and then prisons for his whole life. My mother had her first child (my older sister) at 16. My brother and I used to get picked on for being really skinny in high school. I moved out of home at 17, I was still in grade 12. Got married (for the 2nd time) in Las Vegas,…

The Passion of the Christ Am I the only one who BAWLED THEIR EYES OUT? I was so upset that I went to a bar afterwards and got drunk and I very seldom drink.
