Anyone else NOT feel good after exercise?
I'm continually hearing about this elusive 'high' or just general great post workout feeling that I have NEVER experienced. What gives? Am I the only one? I am usually tired/ sore or even a bit dazed after a work out and if I work out early it tends to make me tired and a bit weak all day too. Anyone else?

Most of my problems stem from my not being able to resist temptation at the grocery store. But I love shopping at the grocery store so I haven't made this switch. Anyone tried this? Did it help you to not be tempted to buy chips/ lollies/ chocolates etc?

I am a brand new fitbit user. Can I program the fitbit to recognise other workouts? Say, my arm routine? I don't care about the calories burnt but I would love the fitbit to remind me and count my reps. Is this possible?

Oh man, I went to Cleveland high school in Brisbane. I have missed the tuckshop chocolate chip cookies they used to have *drools* now I finally have a friend with a son who attends and I asked him to get me some... But they don't sell them anymore. I am so sad. This is my sad face :cry:

Can I trust the stats?
I just got back from my second outside run. I did 2 missions - my 2nd mission went for 37 mins and clocked me at 9kms per hour - a total of 4kms. Doesn't seem right - especially since I did lots of walking as well as running? Can anyone tell me if this is accurate? Or if you have doubts too.

I NEVER feel that good/ great feeling after exercise. I usually just feel tired and sweaty and maybe a bit lightheaded. I feel ripped off. :(
