  • I wouldnt let a HRM tell me that I was or wasnt fit. If you are eating healthy and exercising it sounds to me like youre doing great. I have a polar HRM and I trust it's reading for calories burned but I would trust my Doctor more when it come to hearing about my heart health.

  • this is hilarious bc the SAME thing happened to me, even made the tortilla dogs:) the noodles are weird huh?? I rinsed them like 10 times but still couldnt get past the fishy flavor and slippery texture.
  • I also have the pink polar F6 and it was like $110 BUT they have the F4 also which is less expensive. love it! I hear many regrets about HRM's but mainly bc they wish they had purchased the polar the first time around.

  • I think flavored water counts as long as it is unsweetened, calorie free. dasani has new flavored waters with zero anything. now powerades, and things like that dont count, same with juices, broth etc.I tend to drink about 72 ounces of plain water and then another 24 ounces of tea and/or flavored waters.

  • hmmm I also disagree with stopping the elliptical. I mean I can run and watch TV, does that mean running isnt effective either? anywyay, I do agree with the working out with BFF. We do talk to much and end up stopping early. I like working out alone.
