Everyday I wake up with best intentions and am good all day. I eat small meals every 2-3 hours and have about 450 calories left for dinner but I get home and the last thing I want is anything I have at home. I end up getting take out or binging on other stuff. I cant believe that the hours from 6pm-8pm are totally holding…

Fage is the only way to go! I see people eating regular yogurt and think 'whats the point...hardly any protein and lotsa sugar!' I used to eat it with honey but am now eating low glycemic so I just throw in some fresh berries. 6 ounces=15 grams protein!!!

if you're truly satisfied at the end of each day and it happens to fall short of your cals then maybe your calorie requirement on here isnt quite accurate. I think you should go with your satisfaction level, no need to over eat if you're not even hungry. I have the opposite problem. now if when you say you're falling short…

Is there anyone out there using the GI plan or someone who is diabetic following the plan? I have been reading a lot about it and think it might help me stick with my calories. Granted it all comes down to calories in and calories out BUT not all calories are created equal...apparantly someone like me who carries most of…

Hang in there, your body is just being stubborn. Everytime I start to get really motivated this past year I got sick too, everything from bronchitis to ear infections. I realized just recently that when I cant work out then really watching those calories keeps the scale moving. It took me this whole year to lose 20 pounds…

I had posted previously asking if anyone had one of these and someone asked what it was...I still dont have one.

Let's see...Ive read that Heart rate monitors that have a chest strap are more accurate. The part where you mention "keeping up with your heartrate", i'm not too sure what you meant by that but my polar F6 shows my heart rate on the screen the whole time. all i have to do is start it when i start my workout and then stop…
