I did 60-90 minutes of cardio EVERYDAY this week, I counted every thing that went into my mouth, which some days wasn't the best stuff ie: amish friendship bread, 7 layer bars and I gained 1.5#. you just need more cardio and maybe less sugar too but just cutting out sugar might not do the trick. add some ab routines too!

omg! I was crying too! in fact I practically cry at every episode lately. I got to watch it while on the elliptical at the gym. I felt like I could stay on for the entire show.

the last time I saw 197 on the scale was 2004 and it was for ONE DAY. if you have your WW point slider you can take the cals fiber etc and figure out the points otherwise basically 50 cals=1 point-rough estimate. they want you to sign up for e-tools to get food lists with point values.

Ive heard bad things about alli. since alli recommends a low fat diet plan and exercise anyway why not just do that and skip the alli. i myself have been taking metabolife for some energy but it hasnt made any difference so i'm back to believing that eating right and exercise is the only way to go. you will see results.

walking is good and I'm on a cycling kick so I highly recommend it. just get lots of cardio-like 30-60 minutes a day. basically anything other than running would probably be ok.

a guy I work with and myself are having a contest. we started yesterday and he's already emailing me saying he's lost 4 pounds! i just laugh bc I know it doesnt really matter this early in the game. we will have our first weigh in on may 15th---thats when we'll see who is working the hardest:)

It's funny. I always have at least 3 containers of it bc I do not want to run out! The sabra brand comes in pretty small containers though. except at costco-they have the big tubs but only in chipotle flavor. I just want classic!!!!

I've been officially addicted to whole wheat pita pockets and sabra classic hummus for 2 months. I could eat it for every meal but I've managed to keep it to once-right after I leave the gym to keep me from binging once I get home.

I know that no one is doing the challenge but I'm going to post my experience in case someone wants to join later. Today was great even though I have been sick I decided to go to the gym anyway. I felt good afterwards and look foward to day 2!
