How is this possible?

After three days I see a 4 pound drop in my weight. No, I'm not starving myself or exercising a ton. It's the same scale (a high quality one) and I'm weighing myself under the same circumstances (empty stomach, undressed).

Is it REALLY 4 pounds in water weight? I've been drinking water, but not THAT much.

you weight can fluctuate 8 pounds in 24 hours

weigh as often as you want but only count it once a month

I dropped quite a bit of water weight in the beginning. So yes, I do believe four pounds in three days is reasonable. I dropped ten pounds in 11 days. But the weight loss will slow after your excess water goes away and it will become a steady 1-2 pounds per week. Don't be alarmed. Great job! :flowerforyou:

I'll echo what Dave said. Be consistent about your weigh-ins and don't overkill the scale (it feels abused easily from excess usage).

I try to weigh twice a month. Some people do once a week. Others have got it down to once every six weeks.
