Banish fat doesnt use weights. All cardio! It is a great workout out. No More Trouble Zones is great as well. Today is day 3 of Insanity for me. It's so hard. I really am not looking forward to it but I know I will feel great afterwards. I am looking forward to day 60! I need to lose 23 pounds and hope that maybe I can lose at least half of that in 60 days.

Both are great! I prefer Ripped in 30 because is has more variety. But I LOVE level 2 of the 30 day shred. I completed the shred in December 2010 and lost 7lbs and 12 inches. I used 3lb weights for everything except the chest flys, I used 5lbs for those. I had good results. Lost almost 7lbs and 12 inches. One of the moves in level 2 I used no weights. I can't remember what the move is called but it hurt like crazy for me.

I am 5'2" and my goal weight is 130. I don't see myself below that weight so I am aiming for 130, I need to lose about 22lbs.

I am currently doing the 30 day shred. But I am also doing other stuff. I do the Shred for 2 days (I might add some extra cardio and/or strength training) and then I do Cardio for 2 days (Kickboxing mostly). I LOVE Jillian!

I started the Shred Feb 7th. But I am doing it for 2 days and then cardio for 2 days, for 30 days. I can not just do the Shred everyday. I will get bored. Today I am doing Cardio. I log it as circuit training, but I just bought a HRM and I use it now.

I am starting today! I started it but my kids got finger prints on it so I had to stop to clean the disc, so I will start it later when my husband gets home so I don't have any interuptions. I completed the Shred in December 2010, and am now 6 weeks postpartum so I am ready to get back to it.

Good Luck! I will be doing it sometime next year. I have to wait till I have the baby and thenn 6 weeks pp, and I don't think I will be ready to do it for a month or 2 after I am 6 weeks pp. But I can not wait to do it. I did it last year and I was happy with my results.

It's crazy that it's already Novemeber!! I will be 31 weeks tomorrow. I did some yoga last night and worked out on my elliptical at a moderate pace for 25 minutes. I felt so great!! So far today I have done 25 minutes of yoga. My kids won't behave enough so I have to wait till nap time to do my strength.
