I have a 6week old baby boy and 3 other kids (5 girl, almost 4 and almost 2 both boys). I just started working out on the 16th, its hard for me to get back in the groove. Takes me a little time to find what I want to do.

I use my HDMI cord to plug into my computer and TV. Whatever is on my computer will show on my TV. But I know some laptops do not have a HDMI hook up. But most of the time I use my laptop because someone is always using the TV for something else. It's annoying most of the time.

Something similar happened to me. I gained 2lbs (not sure about inches) and I decided to try on some jeans I have NEVER been able to fit. I could never pull them up my butt all the way and I got the buttoned. Although I would never where them in public, lol. It was a great feeling.

Yes it is. She does the same thing. 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of Cardio, and 1 minute of Abs. She has a new video out called Killer Abs. I watched the preview on collagevideo.com it looks real good. Also like Heather31071 said 6 week 6 pack is pretty good also.

Have you heard of her video Ripped in 30? Its like the Shred but it's a little different. It is also the 3-2-1 method. A lot of people do that video after the Shred.

I am doing it. Well half way doing it. I am doing it every other day and adding other videos in on the days I don't do it along with the days I do it. I will get bored if I do it everyday.

I cant not do those either. I always did something else when those came up. And like alpine1994 said, the cardio part is so hard for me. I actually stopped doing it in the second week so I never made it to week 3 or 4. I plan on doing it soon. I am doing the Shred along with other workouts for now.

. I just eat when I am hungry. I don't always log my food so sometimes I dont know how many calories I have ate. A few months ago I always logged and I normally ate back a few of them. I tried to make sure my net calories were 1200.

Took me 18 minutes. I ran a mile a few months ago and it was 12 minutes. I want to start running but dont want to do it alone.

I am doing it for the 3rd time in the past 2 years. But I am also doing 6 week 6 pack....I just started 6 week 6 pack yesterday and will do the Shred today. I took a few month off of exercise and I am just now starting back (well I have been exercising on and off for 2 weeks).

I have a polar ft7 but i overpaid without knowing. I bought it at the px and paid $100, but i now know you can get it cheaper on amazon. I love my hrm. It has helped me so much.

I weigh everyday and I hate it. I wish I would do it once a week. Weight fluctuates so much that one day I am up a pound and the next day I am down 2 pounds.

Great results! I am on day 8. I lost 6lbs and 12 inches last time I did the shred, which was in December 2010.

I have done the first workout. It is good. It is 20minutes long. It is my new favorite workout! I am doing Insanity right now though and havent done the other workouts on the dvd. I find it fun and not boring, and since it' short I don't dread it.

I hope to get it someday. I'm doing insanity right now and will add jillians killer buns and thighs in next week. My husband would have to buy it because i'm a stay at home mom. So I have to wait for him.
