This is a neat idea. 3/1 35 walking, aerobics (core) 3/2 45 walking, aerobics (core) 3/3 35 walking, aerobics (core) 3/5 35 walking, aerobics (core) 3/7 35 walking, aerobics (core) 3/9 45 walking 230/1000 (I need to pick it up.)

Add me. I will do my best to encourage and you don't have to worry about me judging.

I'm a very modest dresser. I do wear pants but they are always loose. I've just never been fond of tight or revealing clothing. To respond to Meredith - I'm not a modest dresser because I'm insecure about my body. I'm quite confident.
I totally agree. When I was young and very insecure, I flaunted my body. Now I…

After those thoughts pass, I think "How can you not know how you look?! How are you okay with that?" ^^That is the judgemental part
I some how didn't see the slippery slope I was on. I gained 50 pounds over 6 years (yes I had three babies in that time but that is not the reason for my weight gain). It is like I…

The other thing I love about them is once you have seen them several times you can do them on your own if necessary. I went on a short vacation a while back and continued my exercises there.

I started using Leslie Sansone when my treadmill broke and I need exercises I could do at home. I found some on youtube and love them so much that I order her ultimate collection. These are exercises I can do when my girls are awake, which is a major plus. They even try to do them with me.

Thanks for posting. I can't wait to try this.

I like Walk away the Pounds.

I got rid of almost all my too small clothes a while back except for a few goal outfits. This I told myself that I would not buy anymore clothes until it was necessary. However, the other day I found several cute small tops on clearance for $3 to $5 each. The way I look at it is it gives me something to look forward to…

What is pilates reformer? I have been considering a pilates DVD on sale at the store but wasn't sure how effective it was. Opinions?

I am with those that say log both. I too and a nursing mother. It is vital that you maintain the right amount of calories (all research I have done says to try to take in around 1800) otherwise you could deplete your milk supply or harm your body.

I was also wondering if lowering my calories has affected things. I allowed mfp to readjust my calorie goals when I hit 20 lbs and it seems like I have slowed down. I know that I need to maintain around 1800 (which I do when I add the 500 nursing calories to the 1250 mfp allows).

Thx, I will definitely have to download and save for later. I am currently nursing so I am not sure how to figure that in to everything but I will switch to this when my DD hits a year.

I do this too, what a difference. I like low curd with fruit. I am glad you posted this. I just bought some and forgot I had it.

Great job and thanks for posting. I need to see these every so often to keep me going.

Thanks. I will have to try this.

Amen to that. I have had three kids but I can't even blame my weight gain completely on that. Even though I knew I was overweight and needed to do better my husband has always told me that I am beautiful. That being said, without actually knowing your bf I know from experience that men say things that they think are…

Ok so I am doing my best with the challenge. Two problems- I can't seem to get so low to the ground without falling and two how do you log it on the exercise journal.

Mushrooms would have to be my no food. There is nothing about them I like cooked or raw. The only exception is cream of mushroom soup in something. Just say no to fungus!!!!

Thanks for your posts. I should know that with this being my third but when you start to feel sleep deprived (again) you desperately try to find the cause (or at least I do). Her diapers have been normal and she has been showing signs of teething so it is probably that. I also thought of trying the nightly cluster feeding…
