I also don't so as good on weekends. My whole family is home and my hubby is a very picky eater, so I tend to make food that he likes and I eat something different for my self. What kind of things do you like to eat. I love to have oranges and apples on hand, they are a great snack.

That is great that you are sticking with this. I am the say way, I dont tend to stay focused ffor very long. Great job with your progress.

Starting- 188 Current - 184.6 Helpers- I have been working out more than I use to. The issue I had trouble with last week is my great grandmother passed away last week and I was doing alot of baking for the family that was at the hospital. I had really bad shin splints last year. My friend who is a personal trainer told me to work out my calves. She had me stand on a stair and the lift my body up... like rolling on to your toes. I did that for a minute and then we would stretch. I hope maybe this will help.

I carry a bottle of water with me every where. By doing that I tend to drink more than 64 oz a day. I have also been told that you dont have to drink 64 oz a day if you are eating lots of fruits and vegitables because they contain water.
