I think Quorn is kind of scary. It is a highly processed food And many get allergic reaction from it. Google it to find out how it is made and what it consists of. I don't eat meat and I used to eat a lot of quorn but stopped about 5-6 years ago after reading up on it.

So fun! I did both the US and Sweden since I am dual citizen. US: 82% lower BMI than women in my age group. SWEDEN: 61% lower BMI than women in my age group. I am like someone in Congo or Italy.

do you eat a lot of dairy (or even just a little)? you might be intolerant. give it up for a week and your tummy might be flat as can be.

^^^^and girls that will wait months? Last time I went on a date I brought the guy with me home that evening. After 48 hours I got lucky. That was 4 years ago. 2 weeks ago he got lucky when I married him. Honestly, when I have waited long in the past it has been because I was just not that into him.

20 is a lot. you can pull it off but it will not allow any wrong turns. I agree with the above make it a pound a week and then if you feel like it pull it in tight at the end for maybe a few bonus pounds lost. A pound a week is very doable but still hard work. I am tall, 6'1" in fact. I do wear heels from time to time (but I am far from 100 pounds). I have never worried about short women wanting to tip me over.... That just changed. :)

Ok! So l lost 7 pounds in a month and see a big difference. that said I did a lot more than just the 30ds. I mixed it up with turbo fire (fire & hiit workouts) walks, some extra core ect. After 2 days off due to my crazy bachelorette party I was back on it today again. Last day at level 2.

I was kidnapped by my crazy girlfriends for my surprise bachelorette party this past weekend. I think I burned 8000 calories laughing. Cant remember the last time I laughed so hard.
