Then on the other hand, I am disabled and stay at home so this time change hasn't realy bothered me. But of my 4 weeks on MFP I lost 5 pounds in the first two weeks and zero pounds these last two.

Did WW Found out after I started MFP how many extra calories I was getting everyday because WW called them free foods. 0 points. When I did WW I counted all liquids. Now I only count water as water and though I drink a lot more. once I did that, weight started dropping once again.

Had the same problem. High LDL low HDL. Several years of medication and dieting didn't fix it. Dr. finally decided it's genetics? Have been much stricter on program last couple of months and will see the DR on 11-16. See what if anything changed. Add me as friend and I'll let you know.

One good way is to have a few friends who hold accountable as well as being your support and encouragement. Knowing they are looking forward to seeing your activities, complimenting you on your accomplishments, is a bit of motivation that just might keep you going.

Thanks Everyone I actually received acupuncture back in the mid - late 90s for the original injury to back and leg. I got some decent results. Since 2004 when heart attack turned my life upside down I hadn't realy thought about accupuncture. Thanks again for your suggestions
