This will simulate the same affect as giving them advice. * Remember your first heartbreaking, break-up and multiply that about 1000. Watching them make the mistakes will…
  • First of all... if I think about working out to much then I talk myself out of it. Sorry for the cliché; just do it! Then when I'm all showered up and still not feeling eating discipline I go window shopping for clothes. I see all the things I want to be wearing. For me, that usually keeps me on track!

  • Can you change your work out time? I work out in the morning (4:00 AM). Its hard, but it leaves me with tons of energy all day. Plus, you burn more calories. Then at night time after dinner and and a bit of TV, I'm to exhaused to stay up and eat.
  • When I first started running I joined a running club. What they had us do is: Run for 3 minutes at 5.0mph then walk for 2 minutes. Repeat until goal is accomplished. Do this three times a week with a day's break in between. Week 2: add time to your run (even if its 30 seconds, but try for that extra minute). ALWAYS/only…

  • Been there, and it sucks! Not only do you not recognize your self on the outside, but its the unrecognizable person on the inside, whom aloud this whole situation happen! However, I believe the "thin" silver lining of it is... you recognize that you don't recognize your self any more. I can tell you are very strong, and…
  • Fiber, fiber, fiber. This will help let the new water consumption be released! It's not a problem if you increased your calories. However, it's what you increased them with!!! Try eating 38g of fiber a day. I'll bet you lose the new weight and more!!!
  • I'm with you sister. I was supposed to do it on Monday and didn't have the courage! I've been working my butt off and afraid I won't see a difference and will lose momentum. I feel you pain!

  • No...its mostly anaesthesia that is stored in your body.
  • Toxins are stored in your FAT so is any past medicines you have taken. A great way to detoxify is by sweating. Scientologist (I'm not but a friend is) believe to assist with sweating to go to a steam room. I try this 3 a week at the gym for about 15 min and I feel great!!! However, you must drink added water!!!
  • Something I do is: I bought one of those Calorie counter books and while I am watching TV I go through it and look at what has a decent amount of calories and not too much fat (fruits and veggies). I was a lot like you... I don't eat very much so my body stores all its fat. Oatmeal is great (carb smart), Alomonds (becarful…
  • Once you do it for awhile, your muscle memory will remember the activity and it will get easier and easier. The problem is: once its easy (3 weeks) your supposed to change aerobic activity. Good grief, is anything ever easy? ha

  • Hello, I'm a new member and very excited with this website! I really loved this quote, and thought it would be nice to share it with everyone. From what we get, we can make a living; what we give, however, makes a life. --Arthur Ashe

  • I don't have an answer to your question. However, this happens to me. Especially on the elliptical machine! I have to roll onto my heals and wiggle my toes to get the feeling back in them.
