Im in!! My goals are: - to log in everyday and stay under my calorie goals - have at least 30 minutes of workout 5 days a week - stay on a vegan diet (been 1 week so far) Anyone can feel free to add me for any support needed.

I do trail running 3-4 times a week and try to mountain bike a couple days a week. I also ride my longboard skateboard to work everyday, so it gives me a little bit of a surf specific workout. I try to do as much core work as I can, but that isn't the fun stuff.

hi there, I am Randy, I have been surfing for the past 10 years and am trying to lose some weight to make nose riding easier. I have about 20-25 more pounds to go. We don't get that many powerful waves here on the east coast unless it is during a hurricane

I am doing my first sprint tri in September in Va Beach. I have been doing a lot of running and stationary bike. i plan to start a training plan in the next couple of weeks and i still need to purchase a road bike. other then the road bike issue i am excited.

Name: Randy Age:26 Location: Yorktown, Va I am new to the site and would like to do a triathlon in the future. The immediate plans are to start with some short road races ad build up to do a triathlon. Any workouts or advise would be greatly appreciated.
