It takes about 3 weeks for something to turn into a habit (At least in my case) Working out is not a chore for me, in fact I look forward to it; it becomes apart of me.

White Flood, Craze, C4 I am personally using Assault and get good energy from it plus it includes my daily creatine needs. 6 red bulls a day? If the above mentioned don't work for you, maybe you need a stim break as your body may be accustomed to the caffeine. I cycle off PWO every now and then.

Try some of the shoes from the inov-8 line, or a minimalist shoe. I prefer to lift barefoot while dead lifting and squatting.

Male: 5'8 165 1RM 435 feelsbadman :( I've been cutting all summer and have plateaued at 435 just now getting back into a bulk so I can finally up strength.

Well I did, and it hurt like hell. I notified the staff about it and watched them disinfect and wipe it off. It only happens when I lift 4+ plates. My hands can usually manage anything below.

Ripping off your callus on the first exercise (Deadlift) and then having to finish workout with raw hands on a pull day blood still dripping on the barbell and all. (I disinfect and wipe it off of course)

For a standard deadlift, the weight should touch the floor. Also 10-12 repetitions is a little high for deadlift especially if your training for strength. I recommend 3-5 repetitions per set if your building strength.
