I am with you. Not only can I not have gluten, I also found out I am severely allergic to all dairy, soy, almonds. But yes I had to change a lot, but I found it quite easy, besides the eating out part (not so easy) now I have to research a restaraunt on what I can eat, takes the fun out of it. I dont do any of the gluten…

The other thing I would look at is the Activia. If it has inulin (SP) in it, that can cause gas and bloating in some people. Inulin is in the fiber one bars etc. I have a super sensitive stomach and am the same as geicko that if I eat to much fruit and even to many veggies I am begging for mercy at the end of the day. Also…
