I just received the box and will begin tomorrow morning. :frown: I became a bit overwhelmed looking at the material and trying to figure out how to fit two workouts into my already tight schedule during the 7 Day Kickstart.

Between Extreme Shed and Shred, and meeting my personal trainer for 80 minutes, I burned 500+ calories.

Ate a few colors . . . Not big on food challenges, so I also complete 25 flights of stairs.

Completed Extreme Shed and Shred level 1 and 50 flights of stairs instead.

Burpees complete; needless to say, I broke them done into smaller sets.

Push ups complete.

No jump rope, so I walked 7 miles to the Y and climbed 80 flights of stairs. I also completed RI30 and 50 jumping jacks. I'm motivated by another poster and will get in 50 crunches before supper tonight.

50 crunches, 50 jumping jacks, 50 flights of stairs, and Ripped in 30 done; then I went and had a massage (I thought I'd earned it :happy: ).

w1d2 complete again . . . it is much easier this time around.

Ripped in 30, Stairs, and a brisk 3 mile walk.

Restarted w1d1 this morning. I gained 2 lbs and lost no inches going through the first cycle of RI30; I'm trying to decide what to try next . . .any suggestions?

Finished w4d6 . . . yes!!! I've completed the first round and will start again tomorrow with heavier weights. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding another dvd that will work my upper body; my abs and legs are strong, but my arms and back need work.

Finished w4d5; after tomorrow's workout, I will restart the series . . . I haven't noticed any results yet either ( other than weight gain).
